I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the same cycle—different face, same heartbreaking narrative. That lived experience lit a fire in me to help other women break free from this cycle, finally feeling whole.

I’ve supported women in trauma recovery centers working through abuse, grief, and attachment wounds, and I bring that hands-on experience (plus EMDR, DNMS + parts work magic) into every session. Healing isn’t always easy, but it is powerful, liberating, and totally worth it.
