Hey, I’m Brittany Burke, LPC-A.

I help women move through trauma, ditch old patterns, and step into the strongest, most confident version of themselves.

This isn’t surface-level stuff—we’re talking deep, whole-life healing using EMDR, parts work, and identity-focused therapies to get to the root of what’s holding you back.

I’ve worked in trauma centers and learned along my own personal journey.  I use evidence-based tools, true understanding, and a healthy dose of dry humor.
